2 days ago, we started a special training @ Microsoft-egypt for golden partners called Microsoft partenr academy.

this is an initiative started from Microsoft egypt to provide a special training for its partenr @ egypt, every year a special round starts with a high end qualified professionals @ egypt.

this year was a different year, they have changed the concept of the MPA because they will move a tiny bit from technical prospective to a business oriented IT.

the first 2 days was a special training from waren shaw a former Microsoft senior account manager @ africa about "the value of Microsoft platform" it was about talking IT to business people, and about how to represent different IT models to business people and keeping IT and businees aligned.

yesterday was training about competing to win, and how to win againest other vendors. it was good but not as good as the value of platform.

I will continue in the MPA and i will attend a special course about advanced project management, I will let you know about it.
